“First time stay. New, very clean. Staff very friendly. Housekeeping daily with fresh towels. Comfortable bed. Nice rooftop bistro/lounge but with a limited menu. Nice lake view. Have been to Traverse City a number of times and stayed at other places that were not as nice. Will definitely make this our go to place to stay when back in the area for an annual reunion with friends. Highly recommend”

“The property was beautiful. The view is great, but only having your room is clean every other day seems ridiculous while in Europe, they clean them every day and give a deluxe breakfast for free instead of a very basic set of food.”
