“The AC did not allow us to rest. They are very loud. For one of our rooms, the tv did not work. Breakfast was to pick and go (Chocolate chewing bars, apples, bottle water, and caffe). Pool was under repairs and we had to go to the next door hotel's. ”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. I think the website description needs to emphasize that upstairs rooms are walkup with no elevators. Also the bedroom needs blackout curtains like the living room. To much light gets thru day and night. Night has the outside lights showing all night, daylight comes thru the blinds and with early light, it wakes you up. ”

“We stayed at Empire Lakeshore Inn as a family on vacation visiting the dunes. It was a very quiet, comfortable stay. I left a star off of service due to not interacting with staff at check in or check out. I prefer checking in on my own, however I had no interactions with them to really judge. Otherwise we had a great stay and would love to come back in the future.”
