“Cuando había alguien en recepción eran muy amables y serviciales pero creo que solo los vimos 2 momentos en toda la estadía. Para haber pagado 800 dólares la noche y no tener un servicio de hotel sino de airbnb no me parece ni justo ni que valga la pena. Totalmente sobrevalorado. Jamás fueron a limpiarnos la habitación y eso que les escribí que por favor fueran a limpiar y tender camas. Esperaba algo más por el precio que pagué. ”

“Esta un poco desmejorada la habitacion, el lobby cuerra a las 5pm. Aunque en la descripción de la habitación standar dice que hay microondas, ls mia no tenia. Y no habia algun lugar común con uno. Las cortinas no cerraban bn, asi q se veia para la habitación desde afuera y el sistema aqui no me permite subir las fotos”

“Referente al departamento todo estuvo muy bien, bastante amplia y cómoda, sin embargo el edificio tiene un olor constante a drenaje en la recepción y elevadores principalmente, también al hacer el check out las instrucciones solicitaban hacerlo con el guardia de recepción el cual no estuvo cuando hicimos check out.”

“This apartment was amazing, and in a very good location right on canal street. The access was simple and it had everything we needed. The street is very noisy because of cars that go through canal st with VERY LOUD music but that’s all around canal and surroundings, so overall a great stay!”

“Está muy bien ubicado puedes ir andando a todos los sitios y está muy limpio. La única pega que le veo es que necesita un poco más de muebles para poder dejar maletas y neceseres. En los baños no hay donde apoyar el neceser ni dejar tus cosas.”

“Hotel was beautifully furnished with high end fixtures. Very clean and spacious rooms. The only negative would be the parking situation. The parking garage was difficult to find and also tight spaces.”

“ I called for an extra blanket and they said they don’t give out extras when it was 3 of us and it was only 1 blanket!!then called for extra towels couldn’t get them either!! ”

“The place was very nice and large. The apartment is not noise proof at all. The sound coming from the hall outside felt like it was inside the apartment. At 3:30 in the nothing someone was emptying the garbage and it woke everyone up. The sound from people walking in the apartment above us was also an issue since they were still up past 1am. Loved the tall ceilings and convenience to French quarter...1 block from Bourbon Street. 2 washrooms was a plus too. Overall a nice place but not noise...

“I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep. ”
