“The property is a small block of 7 ensuite rooms with tv, tea-making and a small table n chairs. There is also a comfortable shared common lounge and basic kitchen available to use. It is located close to the base hospital and a rehabilitation (stroke, amputation etc) unit. The idea of this property is for families or patients to have affordable accommodation nearby the centres of healthcare. The same organisation also operates 2 much larger accommodation properties nearby.”

“Warm, clean room. Overall looks a bit run down. No staff on hand in the dining room at breakfast - one morning no milk and no juice and no one to assist. Good having a guest laundry but dirty.”

“Staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast pack (cereal, milk, fruit and juice) was very welcome! Bed was comfy and room was warm. Bathroom could use some attention - mould in the shower and a shower that would run hot and then cold. Overall, a great stay for the price paid.”

“Whilst the room was a little dusty in spots, the beds were clean and very comfortable. It was nicely renovated and the breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast) was much appreciated. We also had the chicken schnitzel for dinner and it was fabulous, especially with the 10% discount.”

“Parking super convenient, right infront of our room and very lovely staff! The spa bath in our room was my favourite, we also enjoyed the on site resturant and easy walk to the Hunter Valley shops and gardens next door. Would highly recommend”
