“We booked for a mini-getaway and the place was absolutely perfect. The wonderful decor, layout and the unique setting made it a perfect little vacation for our family!”

“The house was amazing, the location was perfect I could see the ocean from the living room. The only issues were the flooded roads and a few lights with dead bulbs but the flooding is understandable since its so close to the ocean. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back.”

“We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded.”

There were only two bikes for 9 of us so we ended up renting. There were also not enough beach chairs and some were not in great shape. “The property was misrepresented and unsafe. My parents didnt stay with us due to conditions of the property. We contacted Vacasa the rental management company and decided to leave the property and stay with friends as the windows were broken and shattered and the master bed was broken, no wifi, no functional washer and the list goes on. I expect a full refund from VRBO....I am a frequent client of VRBO and this was not acceptable. Please advise how to go about obtaining a full refund or I will...

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”
