“Location is beautiful beach front. Customer service awesome. Building is outdated and poorly maintained. Room was clean. Good value for money due to location. But be aware of the status of the building. ”

“There’s a lot which could be said negatively about this property: There are far too few electrical outlets, and some of the ones which are present lack cover plates. (Code violation!!) There’s crown moulding falling off the wall. Half the elevators are out of order (it sounds like that’s been the case for a long time), resulting in ridiculous wait times. And what looks like inch-thick dust accumulated on the ceiling fan blades is appalling. There’s not much in the way of restaurants, unless...

“Close to beach at end of strip. Pretty quiet area. Easy to get around. Very basic room but has what you need. Shared patio good for morning coffee. AC loud and lights super bright. Host texted me prior to issue with AC on unit and easily transferred me to another room before I arrived. ”
