“Todo estuvo bien ! ”

“La habitación estaba muy limpia todo perfectamente organizado pero si me gustaría señalar algunos detalles, al llegar y ya er el checking ni siquiera nos dieron indicaciones de dónde estaban los servicios ya sea habitación área de desayuno piscina nada, en nuestra habitación el baño tenía un papel sanitario a medio usar, en mi estancia no limpiaron mi habitación ni cambiaron las toallas sucias, en cuanto a los servicios el desayuno estaba en muy pocas porciones por lo que se acababa rápidamente...

“We had freezing temperatures in Florida and when i found out this cottage does not have any heat I contacted the host and said we can't stay there with no heat and Pia assured me that an electric fire place was installed and there is a space heater, however the electric fire place does not heat the room and the space heater was miniature so we froze to death all night and were so miserable. Pia did refund us 100. but a full refund would have been more acceptable. Do not stay here when it's cold...
