So it's extremely convenient to leave your car permanently parked at the property-provided spot in rear of home and head-out on foot. “Place was nice and clean. Nothing special as it looked like it might have been an old motel converted into small condos. Layout was odd as the back door entered into the bedroom. Beach was an 8 minute walk and not overly busy. Overall nice basic place but little expensive for what it is. ”
