“Lack of adequate accessible parking. No access to elevator at back of hotel. Disabled and frail guests have to walk the entire length of the hotel at night to get to an elevator. I was concerned for my safety in the parking lot at night. Management has not returned my phone calls which suggests lack of concern for service complaints.”

“Everything was lovely”

“This is a 1960’s era motel that hasn’t seen much work on the outside…..however the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. While we were there, the roof was being replaced. “The vintage feel of the property would be the highlight staying here. The location is good - walking easy to the main downtown and to the Avon theatre. The room was basic but comfortable and included robes and a coffee station. And the restaurant is an added bonus as it serves delicious options in an authentic atmosphere.”

“Had a great time. The place was situated close enough for us to enjoy the Stratford festival, it had everything we needed including an amazing restaurant with delicious menu.”

“Habitación limpia y muy amplia. El personal muy amable.”

“Perfect location, helpful staff”

“Breakfast was bad- only toast left ”

“Good hotel we enjoyed our stay”

“This is the only hotel nearby, so there aren’t really many options to begin with. That being said, my overall experience was good (except for some noisy people in the room upstairs, which I reported to reception, but it wasn’t really addressed); it’s close to the town and in a quiet area, and unless you have noisy neighbors, you should have a pretty decent night’s sleep. The room is not too big, but there’s still a pretty decent amount of space for you to move around. The place looks kind of...
