“The receptionist was delightful, helpful and excellent . The breakfast team were excellent. The gentleman behind the bar was excellent and charming and arranged for a lovely lady to serve us in the quiet lounge after dinner hours for a glass of wine and cup of tea. Unfortunately the young lady in the Spa was not as delightful. We waited for at least 15 mins before she showed up and even though we appreciated that we were asking for a last minute manicure she was not pleasant, did not explain...

“I found all the staff to be very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and comfortable..its a walk from Centennial park where we watched the fireworks. The one negative was having patio doors that didn't open . For our safety, which I understand, but still would have been nice to be able to step outside from our room.
