“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was there for two nights after having a business trip to Shanghai and enjoyed my time in this charming city. I have never had a hotel staff be more attentive and helpful in my 25 years of traveling for business. “Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. “Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. ”

“Surprisingly good location for West lake and nearby shopping stripe. Located in a quiet street, there is a night market just opposite on the road, and walking distance to West lake in 10 mins. Not your 4 star room, but comfort for a night stay. Facilities are a bit dated but checked-in was smoothand easy, the check-in instructions were clear.”

“Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue.”

“The hotel is a business stay with all the required installations in a nice enivroment. The lobby seems to be always crowded and this makes the service in this area lacking personality. The rooms are very nice, however a bit small for this category of hotel. It is very well located for tourism purposes close to major shopping areas and the western lake.”
