“Conforme a los términos y condiciones de la reserva, tenían que enviar un correo con la información para acceder a mi habitación, nunca la enviaron y nadie respondía por teléfono. Por obvias razones tuve que conseguir otro hotel y se negaron a proceder a la devolución del costo de la reserva a pesar de su haberme presentado en el hotel y que por su culpa no pudiera hacer uso de la reserva”

“Liked the free parking, kitchen was fully stocked, I did find a hair when I opened up the murphy bed though. The parking lot P4 is only accessible through the main hotel elevator, wish I didn’t have to walk back and forth to switch elevators. The 10 am check out time is a little too early imo. If I were to stay again it would be only for the kitchen!”

“Clean and reliable place to stay. We really appreciate having so much space, big windows, a desk dining table for working on our laptops, and a full kitchen. The building is older so there's definitely quirks, but we continue booking our stays here. Appreciate the secure entrance. Metropolitan market right across the street is great for their hot bar, coffee, groceries, etc. Great restaurants nearby. Host is very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. “Parking is not free; the bathroom sink is dirty (I have a video/ picture). Other than that it is okay for the price. Thank you.”

“Great value compared with hotels, clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything in good condition, balcony to get outside. Instructions for key and parking are very clear and communication with manager/owner is pleasant and prompt. Location is Chinatown, which is good during day and fees relatively safe. Only negative is nearby Hasting St. - infamous for homeless and drug addicts. I would stay again and avoid Hasting St.”
