“The house is large with adequate space to accommodate a family group. The location was nice and quiet. There is no dedicated parking for the residence but we were usually able to find parking nearby within reasonable walking distance.”

“Great property and you can't beat the location. Opening the windows and hearing the ocean at night was amazing. The balcony gives you a nice view of the ocean. There is a lot to do in Half Moon Bay and it's less crowded than other areas.”

The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. “Home was well appointed and ready for our stay. Back yard was small but comfy. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was great. They checked in us regularly. We had one issue as the kitchen was missing a corkscrew (gotta have our wine). They had one there the next day. Would definitely stay with them again.”

Everything about it was excellent: the location is within walking distance of Grand Avenue, the house has so much room (including a downstairs bedroom), and Wai was a responsive host. “This house has some terrific features -- five spacious bedrooms and four baths. The house is well supplied with essentials like dental items, Q-tips, foil, and lotions, Every drawer and cabinet are labeled. There is a washer and drayer. The kitchen/dining area is cozy but it works well with a circular couch. There is no stove but there is a hotplate, coffee maker, water heater, microwave and toaser.
