“The property was filthy when we arrived, pool was dirty. Very disappointed in the property. However…the property manager and the team at the property management team acted with urgency. Especially given we were driving with a toddler and had been on the road for 10 hours. They found us a new property within 10 mins, the check in was seemless, the property was GORGEOUS AND IMMACULATE!!! Thank you to the property management team!”
