The location and property are ideal. The beach is across the street (about a minute walk) and lots of restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we had a few things go wrong. The toilet was clogged when we arrived. We were unable to use it for the first two days. Then the AC went out, 2 days into our 8 day stay. It was one of the hottest weeks on record. They did their best to accommodate us, with portable units, but the communication was severely lacking. There was not another property, large enough, to accommodate our party. And given peak season, we were unable to find a comparable property without receiving a full refund to vacate. While Blue Swell did give us a partial refund, after our stay, they were unwilling to refund us in full, to allow us to find a different property, at the time of our visit.Overall, the property and the actual owner are amazing. Blue Swell (management company) could do some work on customer relations, communication, and contingency planning.
