We were very happy with the location of the home as it was our first visit to Rosemary Beach! It is walkable to so many fun places! The home and the furnishings were lovely. However, we encountered several repair issues at the home and we found the personal communication and concern by the realty host disappointing. Overall, the home was so pretty and its owners did a beautiful job setting it up for an amazing getaway. Thank you!

The location was phenomenal! The check-in area was very confusing - I would add detailed directions in your check in texts/emails. The cleanliness of the property could use some work (dust and dirty handprints everywhere). Also, the bikes need to be fixed or replaced (low tire pressure, one bike seat and handle was broken) would also benefit from a basket on the bike with all the nearby shops. The grills were actually disgusting - the one on the first level didn't even work, so had to cook on the THIRD FLOOR (not convenient) and even though that one worked, it was also disgusting. There are some loose tiles around the pool that should be replaced (they would pinch your feet when you stepped on them). The couch on the third floor balcony was dirty and stained. The doors were not super secure.

Beach Vacation

Great location, right off 30A. Easy access to the beach and multiple means to get there. Enjoyed the refreshing private pool on property and the wonderful balconies! We cooked on the grill several times at the top balcony and got to see the fireworks! Wonderful to have bikes available and ready to go! (House smelled amazing upon arrival. )

Girls trip

Good location & size. No toilet paper, trash bags or paper towels when we arrived, electric went out from a fuse, no hot water on the last day, broken umbrella, upstairs sink clogged. No communication entire time while we stayed.

Bach Weekend

Had my daughter’s bachelorette weekend here. Place was very nice and close to everything. House was clean, descriptions were accurate. Pool at house was a little small but lagoon pool in the subdivision was nice. Lagoon pool adult drinks are watered down substantially! I watched the bartender make us a round of drinks-he poured all of them with 75% alcohol but they weren’t strong. Alcohol has to be watered down. Only suggestions for house would be to have hand soap in all bathrooms so we don’t have to buy our own and you need more kitchen towels. One towel is not enough to do dishes and dry them. Otherwaise, great weekend.

Spring Break Stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was just gorgeous and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Just steps way from Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and Alys. The pool was perfect to have this time of year with the ability to have it heated. We would absolutely stay here again. The only negative, and it has nothing to do with the house, but more being a part of the Seacrest community. The private beach access area you have with the community is pretty small and was very very crowded when we were there. We enjoyed the pool at the house more, but if you love the beach, just take that into consideration. There are a couple of public beaches nearby that weren’t as crowded too.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful vacation with our family! The home was beautiful and the kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed! The location was minutes from shops, restaurants, and the beach was just a short walk from the home or we could walk to a shuttle stop and travel quickly that way too. We hope to return to this lovely property again in the furure. Thank you!

Lovely house, just need more communication

The house is gorgeous and decoration and furniture are very nice. Very clean and well appointed. Pool is small but lovely. The kids had a great time and we didn't even go to the community pool which is very large. Awesome to be given bikes to ride around on. Town, shops, and beach are walking distance or short bike ride. Communication needs work. We didn't get our wrist bands for beach access until the second day. No instructions provided for anything so I had to wait until the day after our arrival to get any information so that was frustrating. No map provided so we had to call to find out where the pool and private beach access was. Beach was beautiful but crowded. Not really a private beach and there wasn't a section for the community or maybe there was one but we were not told about it. The negatives can be easily fixed, and if fixed it would be a perfect stay!
