While the neighborhood is an older neighborhood, we appreciated how your house was newly renovated and the outside well manicured . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint . “Our group of four absolutely loved staying in this cottage. We all agreed we would be happy to live there . While the cottage initially looked like it could use some maintenance on the outside - it didn’t. It’s a true old Florida cottage.Inside it’s so well decorated and comfortable. The beds were comfy, bathrooms good and well stocked with clean towels. There were plenty of beach towels, too.And a short walk past one condo, then across a street to a beach park directly by the ocean. We got up...

“An excellent place to stay. We have stayed here several times. The guest house is clean, comfortable and located in a quiet area. It has easy access to the property and beach. Great location that is close to shopping and restaurants. Host always responds quickly. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Place was clean and a close distance to everything, about 10 minute drive. Place includes the side house near the marsh and apartment above the garage. They had a baby gate that can be put up to block the stairs if you have an infant ”

“I stayed for 3 weeks, and it couldn't have been better. The service from Ivonne was incredible; she was always attentive to any problems that arose. They offer any type of necessity, and if something is missing, she will make sure to get it. The entire apartment is clean, with a spacious bathroom and a large bed. It is well-located in a very pleasant neighborhood, perfect for walking or jogging. In short, I am very happy with everything, especially the service and hospitality. 10/10”

“The whole concept of a detached bungalow is great; very quiet, private and relaxing. My only complaint was that the unit was rather dirty… windows and screens were filthy. Mirror was terrible as well. Carpet needs cleaned or replaced. Refrigerator has stains on the front of it that were pretty gross looking for in the eating area. Convenient to all of the activities we had chosen. ”
