“We came in from three different states to have family time and to attend a wedding! Since we live in three states, it was awesome to have a quiet, home to stay in!! I wish the decks had been swept, but the home was beautiful!! For a family of 10 and a 8 month old, it was a perfect gathering spot!! Other family came for a brunch before the wedding and we hosted 18 people easily!!! The hosts were so easy to work with and communicate with!!! We would stay here again!!!”

“Great river location. Plenty of room for 4 couples. Giant tv in basement was fun for kid’s video games. Restaurant next door had great staff and was very convenient the nights I didn’t feel like cooking.”

We found an awesome bar and grill with great food in Chillicothe at Gilmore's Sports Bar. We had a great weekend and wished we had just another day or two to enjoy that view from the back deck.”

“Wonderful property for a relaxing stay with family. Location seemed to be within 5-10 minutes of everything we planned on doing in Peoria. Riverfront, museums, grocery store, Bradley Park, dog trails - every time we googled directions, we were close to our destination. Lots of room to spread out in the house, beautiful grounds, nice beds, nice towels. We just had a great time staying at the Knoxville Retreat.”

“We made this a meeting point for family from Kansas and Michigan. The house was very nice and worked perfectly for the five of us. The Peoria Heights area was very nice and quiet. We took morning walks along the parkway which had beautiful views of the river along the way. Dimitri was very responsive and helpful as the host.
