“It was a good little place for what I was using it for. It was advertised as a beachfront but we had to walk a through a parking lot and public parking to get to the beach. It was a 2 minute walk. It was also advertised there was an outdoor shower. There was dirt packed on the floor and the shower head didn’t work so it was inoperable. The room didn’t seem very well cleaned. The microwave was dirty with past guests food and the shower curtain was stained. ”

WiFi information provided was incorrect, but I was able to figure it out by looking at the sticker on the device without contacting the property.”

“We were extremely satisfied with this property. It is located close to everything and just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. It’s also within walking distance to many very good restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had all the amenities including a nice backyard area with a new bbq grill. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary if you prefer to prepare your own meals. “We had 12 adults staying at the house on a golf trip, and were all accommodated more than adequately. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, the linens fresh, appliance all in great working condition, plenty of supplies. While we didn't get to spend time in the hot tubs or down at the beach, there was really nothing negative about the place and several of the guests have made a note to book it in the future on other golf and/or family beach trips. ”

The mattresses and pillows were some of the best that we have ever stayed on. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor area on the Deck was great to hang out on. “This was a beautiful house and Zoie was incredibly responsive with any issues, although there really were no issues. Caught plenty of fish off the dock and the kids bunk room was so cool for my children. Great place to stay and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach so to have the intercostal and easy access to the beach was a unique opportunity. Thanks Zoie. ”
