“Clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, but not cheap ($93.23 [after tax] for one night). Sparce amenities but the area is quiet and felt safe enough for a couple of senior women.
We do wish we had searched a little longer for a place with a coffee maker in the room, but with McDonald's in walking distance, we will survive LOL.
We ate at Applebee's which is a quick drive or walk if you want to stretch your legs.
We will be hiking to one of the water falls in the Daniel Boone National Forest...
“Keith and Shari are PHENOMENAL hosts! They are beyond accommodating and also gave tips for hikes and great food. My kids LOVED it there - especially the porch kitties! Breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccable with wonderful touches...I could go on and on. The kids asked if we could stay there again, so you know that's a huge win! And I agree! We will definitely stay again!”
