The location was perfect - gorgeous mountain and waterfall views off the primary bedroom and living room balconies (with tropical bird visitors every morning), ocean views from the breakfast nook, and across the street from a lookout to Makana. “Stayed for two weeks with three generations (grandparents down to college age) and had one of the best vacations any of us have ever had. We went to the beach, walked the paths to the other lagoons, enjoyed both pools and the multiple hot tubs, and worked out in the gym nearly every day we were there. The unit is everything you need or want. Of course the bedrooms are great, but even the futon sofa bed was plenty comfortable for two adults. High-end touches everywhere. Never ran out of towels...

“Absolutely loved our stay at Atupa Suites! It was convenient to Avarua town which has everything you need. Having a pool was so perfect for chill afternoons when we had nothing planned. It was super quiet except for some loud noises from the neighbours the first morning and very seperate from anyone else around including the other suite and the owners. Only thing to note is the driveway got very muddy and we struggled with our rental car as it was quite small. Would definitely stay here again! ”

Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!”

“Ko Olina is so pretty and quiet. Our family of 8 stayed here (3 generations) and everyone loved the location and the villa. We enjoyed the lanai, the sunrise, sunsets, and the ocean view. The villa felt like home for our one week stay; we felt safe and secure. We walked to the market several times to get grocery items, visited Aulani, and ate at Eggs n Things.
