“Absolutely loved everything about this property, very nice neighborhood, spacious house, plenty of bathrooms! Only thing I would note is you definitely need something under the rug that's below the kitchen table, it's extremely slick on the floor and almost caused me and my elderly father to fall, beside that absolutely perfect and saving it for future trips to Nashville! ”

“Great location! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Could use some outside upkeep (the bushes in front of the property were very overgrown). Could use a fresh up inside of house before guests arrive. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and dead bugs on the floor. Get ride of bath mat in upstairs bathroom.”

“4 friends and i took a weekend guys trip to nashville. Nice quite neighborhood. Hosts easy to communicate with. Would have liked to been able to use the garage, and grass could have used a cut. But overall still 5 stars”

“House is beautiful nice and clean. Even though I don’t have a dog I thought it was nice to have essentials for people who have dogs. Bed sleeps wonderful . Deck is beautiful and washer and dryer easily accessible. Would recommend ”

“Property was as listed. It is a duplex and the other side was occupied by another softball family from another state so that was fun! Property was very clean but does have a musky smell to it but wasn't anything that bothered us. Austin was great at communicating. It is approximately 20 min drive from the Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville where we were playing. Very close to fields if playing in Gallatin. Overall we had a nice stay.”

“This is our second year to stay a few days in this beautiful home. We, 8 of us this year and 12 last year, just throughly enjoy the location on the river and the proximity to the Gaylord resort. It is so convenient to be able to go back and forth between the house and the venue.”

“The house was perfect for our family. We had six adult and four children. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The kids loved playing in the hot tub. We had a bonfire at night and made s’mores. We have already booked another long weekend for 2026. Can’t wait to go back.”

The home was beautifully decorated and equiped with everything needed for a comfortable and entertaining stay.The many extra features the home provided were beyond our expectations.
