“I'm local tourist (honduran) my family likes to visit our country. Some places, like this one, didn't treat us nicely, specially some staff from the restaurant of the hotel. We went to the pool of the Pristine Bay Hotel and the lady did not talk to us nicely. I think they need some education treating the client as well as the administrator of this villa. They need to talk to the client better and explain nicely the rules of everything.”

“It is a lovely property, well decorated and maintained . It was peaceful, spacious and safe. The property is gated and there is a nice restaurant at the Verandas Hotel which is clos by. We enjoyed the inground pool everyday. We rented a car at the airport and the property is about a 20 minute drive from the airport. To travel to West Bay you need to drive for about 40 minutes because of the condition of the roads. There is a supermarket called Eldon’s about a mile from the gate where you can get...

“The villa was nice, but that's it. When we arrived we were told the community pool and beach were part of the beach club & NOT included in our rental. The extra price was 15per person per day to access the beach and pool. (540 for my family). “La limpieza en la propiedad era muy mala, se sentia un mal olor muy desagradable en todo el lugar, no tenian disponibles productos basicos de limpieza personal como Shampoo y acondicionador para el cabello, en la piscina se podia ver muchos residuos y un mal mantenimiento, no pudimos utilizar el aire acondicionado porque existia una tarifa electrica aparte que no me habian notificado ni estaba clara para mi al momento de realizar la reserva”
