The whole area was very quiet (especially for peak vacation season) but centrally located to many stores and restaurants. Access to the pool was a huge benefit and during our stay the pool was never crowded. “The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. “We had a great time staying at Duckburgh and even ended up extending the stay twice because we loved it so much! The property was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially for sunrise and sunset. The beach was only steps away and not crowded. Mindy was very responsive, nice, and accommodating.
