Right next door to Art's Place and literally a minute walk across the street to the beach. Pool on the property is wonderful and the amenities are perfect for our family of 4. “The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. “This is our second stay in Duck Days this year. It is an amazing location (right off the boardwalk, walkable to restaurants, shops and the beach) and a stunning view.
