"Short stay very nice hotel"

"This place is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is top notch, including the staff. Yolandi was so helpful at check in and accommodating. Andre’ was friendly and outgoing as we chatted as he brought up our luggage and Keoshia in the gift shop was very helpful with us trying to figure out what tour we wanted at Graceland. We had drinks at the lobby bar and dinner in Deltas. It was delicious! Our server was amazing as well with recommendations and it did not disappoint. I had the salmon and my husband had the steak. We shared a crab cake which is one of the best I ever had and it was huge! Kudos to the entire staff! "

"Clean, quiet and comfortable. Even the air in our room smelled clean! Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean bathrooms with large no-step shower supplied with Dove brand soap, shampoo and conditioner. All bed linens and towels were clean and soft. Great experience at Avid."

"It was a good stay. Not real close to any restaurants (one next door, good place). First time parking in a gated parking area, easy in and easy out. Staff was excellent."

"Hotel was nicely designed & very comfortable. Unhappy with rundown neighborhood where it’s located. Didn’t like that there was no breakfast included. That was something we really liked at the Chattanooga Indigo. Breakfast restaurant next door had pretty poor service - it was pretty chaotic. Food was good though - when we finally got it!"
