"La habitación descuidada, me comentaron que me darían upgrade y me dieron la habitación que había pagado. No tenían registrado que había pagado con desayuno incluido. Para que nos dieran una hamburguesa casi tardaron una hora."

"Buena ubicacion , habitaciones muy amplia una vista hacia el mar espetacular con balcon la verdad y hotel en el que puede relajarte y disfrutar la playa la comida deliciosa y en nuestras llegada nos recibio el señor ahmed nasr y excelente Laatencion y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos Lo unico es que el internet wifi no es muy estable se tiene que colocar clave seguido En la playa el dj tiene musica muy variada y buena los chicos de las bebidas siempre atentos"

"The hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Althought the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded or busy. Service was AMAZING!!! 24/7, golf carts available to move all the time. And my pictures are from the sea right infront of the hotel, not the beach but the dock further water, very pretty full of jelly fishes you can swim with with no harm at all, amazing experience. Although if you go further north the beach is better, the location is perfect so makes sense. We had a private pool with warm water very nice to enjoy private time. The FOOD; is not the best, a good variety and several restaurants but the quality is not the best but ok compared to the all inclusive price, just enough. Definitely recomended!! "
