“Food was good with a wide variety , the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful always , room and house keeping was always on time and my sincere greetings to reception man Mohamed Radi who welcomingly hosted us during our stay. My only negative point that the AC was working only on fan mode in winter although it was so hot for us inside the room”

“Management was very quick in taking care of an issue we had Wigan we first arrived regarding our reserved accommodations. The entire staff was fantastic, everybody super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Food was very good, this time around I did not drink alcohol so can not rate their Cocktails. My only suggestion is to ensure the music played during the day for activities and such must be changed daily at it can get very unpleasant to hear over and over the same music. Same with the DJ...
