“Our stay was absolutely perfect. We chose Broken Pitchfork Farm as our wedding venue back in april, The hosts were outstanding and super accommodating in letting us tour inbetween guests. The moment we saw the place in person we fell in love. Upon arrival the house was spotless, the yard was well kept and the hot tub was clean and fresh. We had more than enough room when getting ready for our big day and were able to section off the primary bed/bath for our bridal suite and the other two rooms...

Kelsey was awesome, responsive and professional. Only a couple of miles from downtown Balsam Lake and 20 minutes from downtown Amery, which was very nice.We will look to stay here again in the future.”

“The house was as advertised. Very clean and a short drive to downtown. Younger people would find it a nice walk. As 70 year olds we chose to drive! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were updated. It is an older home so there is a very steep set of stairs to get to the second level. Hosts were very responsive to any concerns.”

“Jim’s house worked great for a few of us to stay on a family wedding weekend. Jim was very responsive before and during our stay. The home itself has plenty of room to spread out (there were 8 of us one night and 10 of us the second night). The exterior of the home needs attention and yard maintenance and upkeep. Kitchen is very well stocked. ”
