“There was no mention of the flight of stairs in the ad, which was doable, but difficult. The key pad to the front gate is completely in the dark, the motion light shines on the other side of the fence. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the bed although a climb to get in, was super comfortable! The apartment was very clean and everything you would need was right there. Parking was easily available on the street and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is a lovely park...

“This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”

The host had great communication and the check in process was a breeze. We would recommend this home to anyone.”
