“Always a good stay - we've used this place several times in the past two years and it feels like a home away from home now. Plenty of street parking and a great park across the way to get a walk in. The neighborhood is great as well and fully walkable! Close to so much, especially the family we come in to see! Danny is super responsive as well.”

“This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”

“This stay went far beyond expectations. The property was lovely, spacious, and the view was absolutely breath taking. We really enjoyed spending most days out on the large balcony and reading, chatting, and enjoying meals. Nature is literally in your backyard here and it was fun seeing bunnies, squirrels and a wide variety of birds play or fly nearby. “I was in town for a family reunion. I wanted a place to accommodate me, my sister, her son, and my daughter, both adults. The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated”

“Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around.
