“We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.”

Care was certainly given to provide a comfortable space to reside for our 6 nights. Appliances were very clean and operable. Security in the building is absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop was the perfect retreat at the end of the day. Communication was very quick and they answered all of my issues. “Nice area in the Upper Eastside - 60s. Short walk to subways at 63 & Lex. Convenient small markets and a Trader Joe's nearby. Great restaurants all around.Comfortable bed, easy access with "latch" app. We had a business meeting within a 5 minute walk.”

“What an amazing gem in the middle of New York City! Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, looked freshly renovated and was very clean! The owner even provided bottled water and coffee pods! And there's a washer and dryer IN the unit! The best part of my review, though, is that we left a set of AirPods when we checked out, and they went out of their way to mail them to us!!!!!!”

“I can't say this property was everything I hoped for because it was in fact VERY much more than I had hoped for. When visiting New York I generally stayed out of town maybe 30 or 40 miles away to be at an affordable property. In the future, all my stays will be at properties of this owner, in mid-town Manhattan because it was at least as affordable as the out of town properties and probably even moreso -- and the quality and available options were so much more superior. My thanks to everyone...
