“Overall the place was great. Any issues the owner acknowledged and is working to get them resolved. For the price we paid it was fantastic. The only complaint I have is out of the owners control such as having to register daily for parking. But that is a small inconvenience for free parking. The ONLY thing to consider is some of the other tenants in the building have a certain smoke the is in the halls again minor issue that is out of the owners control. ”

“It was clean, the host was wonderful, it’s conveniently located by everything and it was very secure and safe. I enjoyed my stay and will be staying there again in the future. I recommend others to check them out. Very nice spot. ”

“About one hour before check-in, I was asked how many people would be staying at the home. I explained there would be four guests and that a few work colleagues might stop by for dinner one evening but would not be staying overnight. I was then told I would be charged several hundred in additional fees. The owner claimed there was a charge per person, but the Expedia listing stated that additional guest fees only apply when there are more than six overnight guests. Our reservation never exceeded...

They said there was a back yard fenced in and there was a pool which took up the whole backyard and so we had to leash and walk our dog several times a day. There were many, many roaches. I took videos. The sent someone but it didn't take care of the roaches. The washing machine had parts come off the first time I used it and they sent someone to fix it but the dryer still took 3 hours to dry towels. The was water on the...
