“We really liked the apartment unit. Was able to cook meals with a really nice set of pots and pans. It is a very clean unit and the AC worked like a champ. The unit is In a gated area, quiet area but close to the main roads. Very convenient to shopping and grocery stores. We had the pool and hot tub basically to ourselves. Just note the pool is not heated and takes a bit to get used to, but very nice. I would highly recommend this unit for family and friends”

“The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. ”

“I never rented anywhere where there wasn’t a toaster or coffeemaker other than a Keurig. Host was very prompt in furnishing extra pods for the Keurig. The floor was not clean as if you went barefoot your feet were black on the bottoms. The kitchen only had one teaspoon in the silverware drawer, only one dish towel, clock on wall did not work. If you wanted to hand wash a couple dishes there was not stopper for the kitchen sink.”
