“This apartment is exactly as advertised. It is spacious for a one bedroom with a decent sized kitchen, a dining room table and a cozy living room area with a smart TV that allowed us to log in to all our different streaming services. The king-sized bed is quite comfortable. The apartment is in an older building with cast iron heaters, so if you aren't used to those, be warned they can be noisy, but they do keep the apartment toasty warm in the winter.The location is excellent. The location was excellent for the UofC reunion, and the five of us were very comfortable staying there. It is close to shops and public transportation, as well as other offerings in Hyde Park and Chicago. We were able to find parking on the street in front of the apartment.
