“The hotel itself is affordable, good location and good for a short stay. The staff were not transparent when it came to costs however. They stated they would ‘get us an ocean view room’ instead of a city view, implying an upgrade at their cost and kindness which we were delighted to hear. Only to be advised that we had to pay over a hundred dollars to be upgraded at our cost. They also advised the parking was $30 per night, only to be charged $35 on the second and subsequent nights.
