This property was absolutely perfect. Me Lieu Properties did one of the best jobs at communicating, providing a very clean and warm location for our stay. It had all the right amenities and location was wonderful (within walking distance of Nights of Lights). We want to book with Me Lieu in the future for visiting St. Augustine.

We went for night of lights. This place had everything we needed for our stay and was a great price. My husband and I walked to and from the apartment a few times a day so definitely got in a lot of steps walking over to where the lights were. The unit was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable.woukd definitely go back

Exactly as expected. Cute little place. I was afraid that I would break the chairs, not real sturdy.

Not bad at all. Comfortable bed in the main room. Didn't expect a second bedroom but all good. For a quick getaway it was perfect.

Really cute little place. Unfortunately the sheets were not clean and the floor made your feet black walking on it. There is a very bright exit sign that is sure to illuminate the only exit. 😞

I did not know that it was not the entire house, just the front section and when I was checking in there was another family who was concerned as well, but still it worked out just fine and the location was quite and right down from the most beautiful part of St. Augustine

Great Stay

A great location to stay in St. Augustine. Located just outside the busy area. Close enough to enjoy the downtown area any time of day and easy enough to commute back when a break is needed. The property has several rentals and we are looking forward to booking again as soon as we find another event to attend. Over all it was a great stay and experience. I hope you get to book it.

Teeny tiny space

We had two vehicles. It was very hard to park at the property. It was a very small driveway with a stone wall around it so you had to back in to the driveway so that you were able to get out because it was nowhere to turn around on the property. Apparently there are four apartments in this one house and the first several days we were the only people there with a vehicle but then there were other vehicles on the property. The windows of the property were extremely dirty and also had algae growing on them. We could not adjust the blinds. One was halfway down and it had no string to put the rest of the blind down so anyone could look into the windows. We did not have any extra supplies such as dish towels or bathroom towels. We had no dish soap. I had to purchase it. We were given a 1-in sponge to wash dishes and a dishcloth to dry them. There was no furnace, only space heaters and the air conditioning was two window air conditioners. To the one bedroom there was a 1-in step down that was not properly labeled. It only had red tape on it instead of the words. I lost my footing at one point. I would not recommend this property if you want to cook. There was no stove top. Only a microwave and a coffee maker. A small refrigerator apartment size was available but the freezer was so iced over, you could not put anything in it. They were only three hangers in the armor so I could not properly hang up any clothing. The television was streaming only. There were no local channels.

Easy get away

Overall nice location. Parking is a little rough. There is no kitchen, limited space to sit. If your just looking for a place to shower and sleep this is a great find. But that’s about all it’s good for. Host was very easy to work with. Come and go as you please. Location is right next to down town, making it easy to Uber back and forth. Beach was only a few minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

Short and Sweet

My sister and I took our mom to St. Augustine for a short trip. This cute house was close enough to historic downtown, but far enough to be quiet and quaint. While the place is small, the main bedroom was very large, and everything was well appointed; everything was clean and nicely placed. The only item I would suggest for future guests, would be suitcase racks since there isn't any place to put our luggage besides the floor. The property manager was attentive, kind and professional, and for the price, I would certainly recommend and visit again.

Clean and Easy!

Location is in a quiet neighborhood. Street parking always available in front of the property. The location is convenient to downtown; a short drive to the beach and downtown. The property has 3 rental units. This unit is nice and clean. Looks just like the pictures. The host is great! She will contact you upon arrival and throughout the stay to make sure all is well. She has a website that you will revive a link to once you book with all sorts of recommendations for the area. Check-in/out is super easy as there is a code for the door for easy access. I recommend and would love to stay at this property again!

Great location but there are some cons.

Let’s talk about the pros first - it’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood where we rode our bikes and walked our dog and felt safe . The place itself was very clean when we arrived. The water in the bathroom gets hot very quickly and the water pressure was good . The bed and sheets were very comfortable. Location is less than 10 min to downtown and there are plenty of places to eat and explore walking or driving . Beaches are close driving distance 8-20 min depending on the beach Vilano being the closest. The host is also very responsive. Now the Cons - the space it’s self is very small . It’s equipped for “basic needs only”. Given the space I wouldn’t recommend this place for people with kids or people with dogs that are spooked by sounds . Although the neighborhood is quiet, the walls connected to the rest of the house are paper thin . The people in the unit connected to us were arguing half our trip in the middle of the night and woke us up . Even in the middle of the day you can hear everyone’s conversation because the only thing that separates the units is a thin plastered wall. You can hear people walking around and moving all times of the day if they are there. You can also tell that a lot of items in the unit were cheaply bought like the towels, shower curtain , shower essentials, toilet paper which we ran out of the second night because of how thin it was . The trash cans in this place are tiny and we had to dump them in the trash cans outside ourselves to prevent from over flowing . We had to save the grocery bags we got shopping to use as trash bags because their wasn’t any extra liners. There are also directions for check out to clean and put away dishes but there is no sink to properly dispose food and we were left with a sponge and soap that has been sitting under the bathroom sink . Luckily we did not need to use that many dishes but if we did I would not feel comfortable having to clean them in the bathroom . We weren’t expecting “luxury” but for the price we paid we were not expecting bare minimum either. The parking is very tight . If you are planning on bringing more than one car I wouldn’t recommend this place . Over all I can’t say that we will be staying in this Vrbo again but we really had so much fun in St Augustine itself .

Great Stay

The property and it's location were fantastic. Less than a 10 minute drive to everything we wanted to see while in St. Augustine. The property owner was also very pleasant and prompt with getting information to us. Would definitely stay here again.
