“The listing says there is air conditioning. It has 2 portable air conditioning units. During our stay, it didn't get over 76 degrees so it wasn't an issue, These 2 units would not be able to keep up on hot days and they are in the common areas so the bedrooms would not be cooled.The kitchen is not well stocked. “This was our second time staying at this property and it’s a great home with plenty of space for our whole group. There was a small issue with getting the correct code for check in but the office was very responsive and after a few calls we were able to get it in with no further problems. The house is well stocked and there’s plenty of games and some toys for the kids. The multiple bathrooms are so helpful since we were a larger group with several children. “It is a terrific home, very nice inside and well appointed. Bretton Woods is a very good management company as well. They are very attentive and communications are excellent. The only two improvements to this particular property that I would suggest is to get a new gas grill as the one there is in very bad shape, dirty and almost unusable. I would also recommend that the outside area be kept up better as the grass was very high and the area is unkept and could use a good weed-whacking. Other...

“The place was nice. It's hard to tell from the photos but it is right next to the highway, which at night can be a little loud for light sleepers. The space is nice, there is an automatic pellet stove, a wood burning stove, and a fire-pit. The hot tub is pleasant, although semi-private as you can see the hotels across the way and the highway.
