“Your staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean but very dated. The pool was very shallow only 3 1/2 feet but nice size but no lights at 9:15 at night closed early at 10 this wing or tower definitely needs updating like the new tower that’s in process and appears to be beautiful. The breakfast was not great and cold and minimal and.it seemed that the warming table was not working or not on when we got there at 8 AM. The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and noisy, but...

“Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for.”
