Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back.”

“The room itself was very clean just disappointed with the comfort of the bed and pillows. Bathroom very clean apart from the shower doors needs a lot of attention to the bottom of the doors very unclean. Soap and shower gel in shower very good quality and beautiful smell,overall a good stay and the staff on reception very professional.”

“Hotel bien ubicado, limpio, habitación cómoda y de buen tamaño. La cama y almohadas cómodas. Baño con todo lo necesario y ducha grande con buena presión de agua. La habitación era bastante calurosa y sin aire acondicionado (información disponible al momento de reservar) pero si pides ventilador te lo llevan a la habitación y ayuda bastante. ”

“Es un buen hotel para pasar unas 3 o 4 noches. Está en el centro de Sheffield, su ubicación es inmejorable. El servicio es muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo posible. Recepción 24h. La habitación es muy pequeña, no hay casi espacio para las maletas y tampoco hay casi espacio para dejar ropa u otras cosas; es perfecto si vas solo a dormir allí. La única pega es que la ventana de la habitación no se abre; no digo que estuviera rota ni nada por el estilo, digo que no hay opción de abrir la ventana....

Unfortunately i had a fall on our last night outside the theatre, the hotel staff provided ice, towels and couldn't have been more kind and caring for which i am so grateful. The whole stay was very good value. ”
