“We enjoyed our time at this very nice place and good location. Our one issue was getting access to the room when we arrived. We tried for 2 hours to connect with Ben as per the check in instructions but could not reach him, nor leave a phone message. We even tried to text message him, but no response. Not sure if he didn’t realize his place was booked or if it is growing pains with vrbo. If this access issue gets improved significantly this will be a great place.”

“Wonderful place to stay. Convenient location. Comfortable beds and nice living space!”

“We spent the weekend of the 4th at Ryan’s place. It worked really well for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. We didn’t spend a lot of time there because we had more family nearby hosting most of the family events. But the place has pretty much everything we needed. “My friends and I were visiting the East Coast for a week. Midway through our trip we had to change lodgings. This property was wonderful. It was very clean, comfortable, new and so nicely decorated. It was exactly what we were looking for, since our previous lodging elsewhere was horrible. The booking and communication with VRBO and the owner were seamless. There was plenty of street parking available and the neighborhood was quiet. There were nearby breakfast places that we enjoyed very...

“It was just what we needed for a quick trip. It was within a 15-30 min walk to the Salem mall which is near the heart of Salem. Host was very easy to communicate with and any issues (minor things) were handled swiftly. It also felt like a very safe area especially when walking back home at night.”

“Nice stay with my pet dog. Clean, comfortable, accessible and friendly owner. Parking was acceptable just across the street from the property.”

“Place was very cute and cozy. Bed was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to downtown. We parked our car and walked the whole stay.”

“The property is in a great location. Close enough to walk to the Haunted Happenings but far enough away to get away from the chaos. It was clean. Nice vibe. Parking.”

“We had a lovely stay. The house was conveniently located within a 15 minute walk to downtown. The bed and the pillows were extra comfy. We would definitely visit again.”

“This location is in a very nice area, it's not too far from or close to all the activity and noise. The owner has done a great job with keeping a home feeling with the decorating as well. We were very happy with the property and got to meet a few of the wonderful neighbors.”

“Great location for walking to everything (provided you like to walk) and the nicely renovated accommodations were spacious with an eat in kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and there are lots of great restaurants and places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!”

“The property owner Carol is very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!!!!”

“Great property, great location. Quiet street just a block from the water. 10-15 minute walk into downtown Salem for all of the great restaurants and shopping.”
