Atentamente Ruth Esteves & David Xavier Chambre 827”

“The bedroom was good but I was different and less nicer from the one on the pictures, but it had everything that we needed so it was okay. We checked in really late and they were very kind to be available for us, and they also communicated with me very well through WhatsApp. We had an early morning so we couldn’t eat breakfast because it started at 9am and we left before that time.”

“A very pleasant stay My stay began with a disappointing check-in experience. The first room I was given was not ready: the bed was untidy, the pillows were stacked on top of each other, one of the pillows was visibly torn, and the room was quite dark. When I raised my concern at reception, I found the response from Mustapha rather cold and unprofessional.

“This hotel has great installations, great food and the staff always making your time special.”

“Last minute booking for a week in the sun, the hotel was lovely very clean and well looked after. The all inclusive option was ok but not the best I have had. The drinks options were limited and the outside bar was not managed as well as it could have been, everyone had to queue and not enough staff available. The bar staff I didn't find friendly at all they were very rude at times. The staff inside the restaurant were great very helpful. The food was good as it was all local dishes which was...

“The entertainment in the evening had opportunity to grow. Also the breakfast before was good but a bit repetitive. But apart from that it was an amazing hotel!”
