“A really wonderful stay at The Swan. Can’t fault a thing. Lovely, friendly staff, beautiful bedroom, great dining and bar, lots of great lounge areas and garden seating, and a super spa too. We will definitely be back - thank you!”
“Central location excellent and all that you'd want for a short stay break. Good food range & bar good although could fo with a decent British bitter on tap

“The staff was very kind. Check in was easy. Room was small but very clean and suited out purposes very well. Patio on back made a nice place for our picnic dinner. Close to ferry so very convenient. ”
“We booked a Double Ensuite Room. On arrival our room was the family room. Wow what a massive room. It had 3 beds. Lovely fresh looking room, so clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower had great pressure and water was hot.
We also booked a twin room. This too was lovely and clean. Had a kettle, teas and coffees for use, as did the Double Room.
Pauline & Dave were brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much if you requested anything. You could tell that they had been hosts for a long time.

“Looks like it has recently been redecorated, simple and pleasant style. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast items available to help yourself if leaving before official breakfast time. I’ll be staying again ”
“Lovely quiet and massive grounds covered in nature and very well kept, the accomodations were lovely and everything whilst on the higher end price wise was worth every penny. Would happily return. Some of the staff really set the hotel apart by being more accomodating than most ”
“The room was big enough and clean and the bed was good. However, the temperature was much to high. The mobile fan had no effect(just moving the warmth) en was noisy. I missed the fridge and I would have expected more than a bottle of soap in the bathroom since the price for the room was relatively high.”
“We had a very pleasant stay. Every member of staff seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. Our room was clean if a little dated and the bed was extremely comfortable .. We enjoyed using the pool and the changing room was fine. We did not have pound coins for the lockers and the hotel is cash free. Maybe advise guests on check in to bring a coin?
Food choice was limited but we enjoyed our dinner . Breakfast was fairly standard but plentiful and well organised
