“My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy...

“This was a wonderful stay while we were visiting family in Ooltewah. We were able to bring our two dogs and they could enjoy the outdoor area when we were at the Brookside Cottage. The cottage was extremely clean and the host very responsive and friendly! ”
