“The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The front desk seemed under staffed. There was only one attendant and she was very busy. The breakfast is good except for the eggs. I've stayed 2x and the eggs are rubbery/hard but there are other options.”

“The cleanliness of our room could have been much better. We found stained sheets and duvet covers, brown smears on the bathroom door and the bathtub was outdated and dirty. There was hair in the tub and in the bathroom. We found the phone not working, the air conditioner non functional, and had to ask for help with why outlets weren’t working to charge devices, only to find certain light switches needed to be on in order for them to function. Breakfast was fine, and better than nothing, but...

“Service was excellent. The hair dryer in the room was not working and the service rep on duty delivered another one to me within 5 minutes. The manager, Preet Josan was very accommodating when I arrived a little early for check-in which was very appreciated because I had a health meeting at 12:30 at the hospital.”
