“We enjoyed our stay in Lethbridge eventhough the hotel is sub par. Staff are amazing, let us check in early. They are nice and approachable. The hotel is old but the beds are good. The washrooms need to be renovated because the tiles are really old. Water is slow dripping.. no water pressure in the shower but overall, we still have a good time. With the affordable price, can’t complain. Specially having Denny’s restaurant in the hotel. Best breakfast we have. :) ”

“Friendly and efficient service. Hot tub and pool in need of updates. Run down and worn out. Hotel restaurant was fabulous - highly recommend. Rooms were a little dated, but very clean with exception of stale smell… however you could open the window to allow fresh air to flow. Bathroom and tub were updated and was able to soak in tub. Good value for price. One odd thing to note is hotel lobby had no music so lack of ambiance was missing ”
