“The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood which makes for a great night's sleep. The home is very clean and has everything you'd need for a weekend stay. The instructions to gain access to the suite were confusing. I called the owner and he helped me figure it out. One of my guests, who arrived without me, couldn't open the door using the original instructions - she ended up sleeping in her car for a few hours until I showed up to help her figure it out. We were able to book this property, both up and down units as well as the upper unit next door. We booked this quite in advance and had to make a couple of changes and the host immediately did this for us. We did find the heat in one of the units was not working (likely because we were right in the middle of a seasonal change) and once reported it was fixed within half...
