“I’m sure it was a very nice hotel at one time, but it has not been maintained or cleaned properly. There is an odor in the room and the main area. The main area where the pool is was very hot as all the room air conditioning was vented in there. Our room was unclean, there was hair and dried soap in the bathroom, a wet used kitchen sponge in the kitchenette with dried mustard on the counter. “The price is great, we stayed two nights. They did not clean the room between nights so we had to ask for extra towels as we were only supplied with two originally. When we asked why it wasn’t cleaned they said all but two of the housekeeping staff called in sick. I don’t really care that it wasn’t cleaned but at least restock the towels when you supply so few.”

“The hotel itself was in overall pretty good shape, though sections of the hotel (elevator, hallways, carpeting) were definitely well-used and could use some TLC. The hotel is unfortunately located in a rougher area and thus, staff have to focus on policing unhoused individuals quite a bit. The staff themselves were lovely in all interactions. It would be beneficial to add ramps to both entrances for accessibility and access to luggage racks.”

“Nothing fancy, but it is a clean hotel, with nice staff, and includes breakfast which is a nice perk. It’s on mayor magrath drive so the location is also decent.”

“Located far from any amenities or shops. It was fairly comfortable, but the kitchen lacked many tools for making our simple dinners such as tongs or a pairing knife. There seem to be a lot of rules around eating and cooking smells that I haven’t seen in other places. The pool was quite small and the hot tub did not work properly. It wasn’t terrible, but I would not consider staying here again.”
