“This is a DULPEX not a house. We didn’t find out until host mentioned it in the check-in message and then we had to book another property that was actually a house last minute. The host has refused to refund cleaning and pet fees even though we never stayed at the property, so they just pocket these fees even though the cleaning services are not required. Would not recommend Pear Properties to anyone.”

“Getting buzzed in through the front door was easy, but getting buzzed through the second door proved a challenge. Not sure if I was buzzed in by the owner or if it was just someone else walking past that let me through”

“Super conveniently located to Rogers and LRT for stadium and other access. It’s a relatively new unit/building, but guests have treated it poorly. Towel bar is hanging loosely in the bathroom, and the toilet paper dispenser has been ripped out of the wall. The hide-a-bed really needs a clean, and don’t drop the remote between the cushions. Eeww. Bathroom and kitchen were spotless, though, and linens were clean and smelled fresh. Kinda short on supplies (ie, no tea towels, blow dryer, etc.) but...

“We loved our stay here! The unit was super clean! Really great city view! Jasper ave is walkable to many food places. Host was easy to communicate with! We loved the free parking tooo! Definitely worth the money!”

“The room was super clean and nice, and the hosts were super, super nice. They made my stay excellent. It is very close to the most vital parts of downtown, so the location is excellent. Highly recommend!”
