“This was our second stay at this lovely home. We came to celebrate a birthday and spend time in the wine region. Every day here provided a number of things to do and see. And we did them all from wine tasting to a hike in the Armstrong Redwoods along with a dinner at Valette in Healdsburg. The best thing though was coming back to this comfortable, well equipped home in the forest on the banks of a creek. Thanks Brett and family for sharing your home. We'll certainly be back.”

“This trip was not for a vaction unfortunately for us we were visiting a very ill family member in the area, however this would be an amazing place to stay for vacation especially summer time with the river just walking distance. Perfect for people traveling with pets it has a huge full fenced back yard. It was so nice to be able to come back to the house relax and unwind after an long day, thank you for sharing your you lovely home.”

The large open living area with a huge table and open kitchen made being together, talking and catching up so enjoyable while we cooked, and celebrated two birthdays. The outdoor area is lovely with plenty of seating, outdoor grills and pool with hot tub. Exquisite!”

“This was a perfect place for us! 4 adults and one 5yo. Cabin and yard are very charming and private. Short drive to the coast with beautiful beaches and the river is awesome. Just around the corner from the cabin is access to a river beach. Would definately book here again.”

“We had a great experience at Fitch Mountain Lookout. The home has a great view, is a short walk downhill to the river, and only a short drive to town. We most enjoyed watching the birds come to the feeders in the morning while we started our day in the hot tub!”

“This dog friendly rental was extremely comfortable and convenient due to good floor plan and furniture. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. I think it would be very difficult to find a better place in this price range. The apple trees are in bloom and the birds sing all day even if it rains. Be sure to follow the entrance directions or you’ll end up on a one-way road on the side of the mountain in the forest. We are seniors and had trouble figuring out how Vacasa works when booked through...

“Really nice unit with good furniture and really nice amenities. one of the things that was nice was it felt very private in a secluded part of the valley, but was easily accessible to get to nearby Healdsburg and lots of wineries.”
