The only downside is no cell service due to a radio telescope in the area. Use WiFi to set your GPS BEFORE you go traveling. Wi Fi is on the property and at most destinations in the area to set your GPS to travel...

“This is cabin in the woods that is like a hostel. I had the whole dorm room to myself. The service is techno; everything is done by phone. I was worried I would not be able to upload my pic of my license, but I got it done. ”
