“The house was in a very good location perfect for what I needed for visiting family this week.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Kozy Cottage! The historic location and property are full of old-world charm. The home was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was very well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a comfortable fit for our family of five, including our 6-year-old. The hosts, Cameron and Caprice, were incredibly considerate and responsive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.”

“Very nice amenities and a lot of fun choices to keep guests entertaining.”

“House was everything we expected and more. The location is great as well. We be booking again.”

“Excellent. Great location and amenities. Easy check-in and instructions. Would recommend.”

“Fue muy placentera nuestra estadía en esta propiedad. 10/10”

“Met all our expectations lovely home.”

“Beautiful, spacious, clean home!! Looked like a new house inside...immaculate, smelled great, cold AC, nice clean/comfy beds, and great amenities like washer/dryer, stove, huge fridge...all stainless steel appliances. Fresh towels, clean bathrooms...every little detail made this property have an "at home" comfort feeling. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication from host, and easy to access/check in. Also, really good location, just off Hwy 45 ..easy to get to and super quiet,...

“This building was infected with cockroaches. Garden was overgrown and not as pretty as in add.”

“First experience with Vrbo and could not have been happier. The house was in excellent shape and spotless! I don’t think there was anything that we needed that was not available right down to the pool table! The owner had left entertainment/restaurant magazines which were a big help in choosing where to eat! The location is Convenient to the airport and a short commute to NASA. If we ever return to Houston again, we’ll certainly stay here.”

“All around wonderful experience and will absolutely return again in the future if available. Attention to detail, quality and features with this location are what separates it from all other similar stays and places previously stayed. Highly recommend for those who care about cleanness and quality stay.”

“We love The Mermaid Inn!This was our 3rd year in row to stay here. A sweet cottage with everything you need! It’s the best place to sit on the porch swing and watch the deer! It’s an easy 4 block walk to the beach. We will be back for year 4”

“Overall easy process and nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access for Uber rides to find also.”

“The bungalow was great and met our needs. It was a bit cumbersome with the spiral staircase and sliding door. Getting a key cut for the sliding door would be great so you did not have to go down the staircase which was a bit scary with luggage. The house was clean and had many great amenities. Elena is top notch and communicated well throughout our stay. If looking for a reasonable place to stay close to South Houston & Galveston this is a good choice.”

“Lots of room! Lovely view. Could use a little maintenance and a deep clean, but nothing that you'd really notice except by accident. Plenty of pots n pans and dishes and super storage. Lots of stairs so not so much the place for people with mobility issues but we loved it. Definitely worked for our big family. Management is also great!”
