“Suite was clean and smelled nice. This is my 3rd or 4th time to stay here. Love the view, AC was remarkable, shower fantastic and bed very comfortable. I will book here again. Hope the Host stays around a while.”

“Terrible customer service and communication. Unit was fairly clean, but very poor condition and maintenance. Also smaller than it seemed in pictures. Still, seascape itself is a nice place, and we did enjoy the beach time there.”

“The door code was wrong and had to wait for guard to come reset code. Balcony door was broken and the door knob was removed. It was taped over with electrical tape. Paid for 2 balconys and could only access one of them. The property is beautiful and easy access to the beach. Our only complaint is the condo was maintained to standards.”

“This was a terrific condo. Was clean, nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and the view amazing. Was nice to have in unit laundry but would have been nice if there was soap and dryer sheets - even for one load . The only other things that would have made it better were little things like hangers in the closet. I did buy some and left them for the next guest. Minor things that would make the stay better but would definitely recommend this unit.”

“The outside could use some updates. The stairways are very rusted. The condo itself was nice. Of course, pictures never look the same as in person. The contract stated the parking fee was $18 and we were charged $20 a day. We did not need to meet with the property manager for anything, but I did converse with her when I got there becasue I was unsure on how to get the parking permit. She was nice. Overall stay was nice and we will most likely be back.”
